Default 7 yr old Eibach Pro kit VS new Sportline??

Just got some new wheels and tires and thought it looked like it needed to be lower. Tires are 275/30/19 at about 25 1/4 diameter. So I decided to swap out the pro kit with sportlines. Pro kit has been on my 97 TA for 7 years, and rear height was at 26 1/4 from ground to top of fender well, front is 25 7/8. Installed the rear sportlines and it made not difference in ride heigth in the rear(although they have only been on 1 day, they may settle). Couple of questions?
1. Is this because my prokit has sagged over 7 yrs?
2. Will the sportline sag over the years like the prokit?
3. Does the sagging everyone talks about effect the front springs also, I have not changed the front and wont if I am not going to get more of a drop than 7 yr old pro kit.
4. Also what is the lowest ride heighth I should expect to get with sportlines in relation to distance from ground to top of fender well.

thanks in advance

In a couple of days the car will settle and should be lower than it was with the pro kit.
