Default Traction w/o a tire upgrade

I am wondeing what I can do to my suspension or just in general to improve my traction without getting stickey tires. Does loweing your car, properly, help at all. Thanks for any input.

Lowering doesn't help. You can do suspension mods (LCAs, torque arm, springs, shocks) but tires will make by far the most difference. The suspension mods only help a little as long as you have street tires.
