Default Help with a first timer changing brakes.

I'm having trouble getting off the caliper frame bolts. I read on installuniversity that these should be torqued down to 74 lb-ft, does that mean that these will be hard to take off by hand, or do I need something else to get it off?

Maybe a breaker bar, I did mine several times already and had to use a bar. Wear gloves!
