Default QA1 Thurst Bearings??

Anyone use these when they installed their QA-1's?? I justed went with the steel washer and antiseize and it is a bitch getting the shocks to proper ride height.
Just wanted to know how much easier it is with the thurst bearings.

I have a friend with them and to me its about the same as mine without them. I just spray some PB blaster on a towel and put a light coat when I want to move them.
