Koni's are one of those parts that are expensive, but worth what they cost if you want the car to handle. They do more than springs, swaybars, and all of those other aftermarket suspesion pieces put together.

 

yeah i know, as soon as i get some stuff paid off the konis will be something i will buy, sam strano told me they would match up really well with my H&R sports.

 

I agree 100%, especially since those springs yield a very low ride height coupled with a relatively high spring rate, which is the proper method of designing a lowering spring. The Koni's will really complement those springs well and without going to the hassle of a complete revalve if you're not satisfied with one setting.

 

my buddy derek has H&R sports and Koni SA's on his 96 Z28 and that thing is badass....he used to autocross and road race a lot and after driving his car a few times I really want some Koni's, lol.

I noticed a difference in hard cornering since putting a strut tower brace on my WS/6 about two years ago. I wouldn't say it's a necessary mod, but the difference is noticable. I drove a friends '00 Camaro SS, and it feels a little sloppier. When they were both stock, they felt the same.

It's kinda nice that my friends Camaro is stock, I can get used to any mods that I do to my WS/6, and then drive hers to feel what it was like before.

As someone else mentioned, it's a good place to lean on while working on other things.
