Default Springs and Shocks

I need some advise. First off my first mod will be springs and shocks. Now my buddie is all about stiffness, i would like to have a duel set up. By that i mean stiff for road and soft for the track. I need to know a good mixture.

But all i know about is the pro kit and Bilstein shocks what he has and nothing gives a real good discrption of the set up. So i would like to have somthing ajustible from real stiff on the street and real soft on the track. I need ideas. just post how your set up works and were to get it any more info will be greatly apprecated i will love you for some pics!!

thanks alot

Hal QA1 coil overs, they are 12 point adjustable, so you can go from hard to soft in minutes. Plus they can be raised or lowered to raise or lower your car. They are a great price and come with 4 12 way adjustable shocks, the 2 front coil overs. The rear springs you have will stay. I got mine about 3 years ago andf I payed around $750 for the whole kit.
You can go here to find out more info and pics of them.http://www.ls1speed.com/catagory.cfm...%20/%20Chassis

Well the most expensive is the best, but most people use the regular 12 way adjustables. I have the R series fronts and the F series rears. thee is a spanner wrench that you can raise or lower height, and a **** at the base of the shock to stiffen the shock or loosen it up.

I had bilstein shocks on my car from factory and just by getting the HAL QA1's the ride was completly different from the start without adjusting the shocks firmness.
The car rides stiff, even when the setting is low the car wil ride semi stiff compared to stock. I love the differnce, it gives more of a feel for the road.

Yes you can increase the firmness in the front and make the rears as soft as they will go.
Here is a pic of my cars ride height, But It is lowered. You can adjust the ride heaightof these shocks so you arent this low.
