Default Couple of questions

I have a '98 Trans Am and have aquired a free set of SLP subframe connectors and plan to weld them in. But I am concerned because they go down past the pinch weld quite a bit and am worried about ground clearance. Should I sell these and get some different ones? What, if any, issues might I have with a driveshaft loop as I plan to install it the same time as the connectors?

Also, I am getting a Strange S60 this summer and was wanting a tubular torque arm and was curious if I had to get a specific one or one worked well with that rearend? Thanks in advance.

They work fine on my car and I'm fairly low. They are not the first thing to hit in most cases. I seem to contact the exhaust hanger on the passengers side of the y pipe and the stock exhaust before I hit the SFC's.

It's hard to see how low it is under the chassis, but look at the wheel wells and you'll get an idea of how low my car is.

I believe my car has been lowered 1.5 and do not have stock exhaust.

If so, you're probably almost as low as I am and I suspect that you'll hit the y pipe long before the SFC's (I do, and I have a stock Y pipe). I don't think you'll have any problems at all with them. Of all the things I've bottomed out on, it's never the SFC's.

You might want to put that in a thread on its own, you'll probably have better luck (just my guess).
