Default HELP geting Caster Bolt out for front LCA's

I cant get the caster bolt out trying to put in my new front LCA's. The camber bolt came out easy and the nut came off the caster bolt fine but I cant hammer the thing out/up??? The bushing is probaly seized to the bolt right? Does anyone know any tricks or have any sugestions on how to get this out???

Ive tried hitting it in all different directions. I even tried pushing it out with a jack but it just lifted the whole car up.

Any help would be great.

Are you sure you have cleared the inner fender well with the bolt head?
