Default Boxed or Tubular SFC's?

As the title states, many companies offer boxed and tubular SFC's. which are "better." and if neither blows the other out of the water...what are the pro's and con's of each? thanks guys.

Another thing to consider are the joints--rod ends or poly or rubber bushings. Rod ends offer adjustability but will be noisiest on the street. A poly-rubber bushing combo is a good choice for a daily driver.

I second for the boxed BMR...........they also provide a center jack point (with a piece of wood so you don't scratch them)...........
