This item is equal in weight (very close, with in a pound) of the stock cross member, there is no weight gains. Since the manual and automatic as well as the 93-97 and 98-02 use different cross members they all vary in weight of each other.

How far (up/down and left right) does it relocate the bushing?

Should be here today (Wednesday) and I should be putting it on my car this weekend. So I will definitely give an update when I do install it and drive it, and I should have plenty of power on tap to test it.
