Are you using DR currently or are you trying to avoid them. I had all my mods in my sig except DR and didn't improve my 60' until I put them on.

Drag radials aren't really a great improvement for traction. At least not the Nitto's. I cut an ave. 1.97 60' on Yokahamma street tires & a Best of 1.96 on Nitto's.

Put some mickey thompson drag radials on there. If you don't see an improvement, you're not pushing the gas hard enough!!

I'll second that. I replaced my Nitto 555R's with Mickey Thompson radials yesterday and it dead hooked even with a 4000 RPM clutch drop.

I hit 1.8 on them with an m6 at 14psi. So Im happy, plus I will get my money out of them on the street too.

1.66 60ft with mods in sig. 22 psi (what i run on the street). Not bad for a 17" drag radial.

I currently have nitto street tires, with UMI 2pt SFC's. Stock shocks, springs and all suspention parts. Best 60 is a 2.3 on many launches. I cant seem to get ANY better at it.

I have a 10 bolt, and refuse to launch hard with it for now. Im probably making 330 to the wheels and want to get that power to the pavement before i do any other HP mods.

I heard removing the front swaybar helps?
Car is a M6.
Thanks

ditch the crappy stock shocks, and get some lca's with relocation brackets, and your 60' will plummet

all the suspension mods in the world won't do a lick of good without a stickier tire. I threw on my stock tires one day (i have lca's, torque arm, phb, stock springs/shocks) and it spun just as bad as it did before my suspension mods. suspension parts help the sticky tire do it's job better.

Running street tires that were pretty good off the line I managed a best of 1.94* 60 foot. The very first day at the track with Nitto DR's I pulled a 1.72*, so the Nittos made a huge difference. Have to get them smoking hot, but when they are they hook great. With no additional mods and before the Nitto's I seen the exact same 60 foot times with Bilstein shocks as I did with the stock ones, but overall handling is much better with the Bilstein's.

I pull 1.6 all day with Nitto's, all you have to do is heat them up, not throw the rocks off of them.
