qa1's- what a difference All I have to say is that my bitch rides out now 
. with a new spec 3+, and the qa1's. also added new lower control arm relocation mounts. What a difference these things make. anyone thinking about it, I say go for it you won't regret it.

it is overall a huge difference. I can stiffen them up for better off the line, or loosen them upa bit for a better road ride. and it gives the car a wicked stance.
