Default when do you need adjustable suspension?

I am wanting to get a phr and torque arm but am not sure whether to get them adj. or not. I am thinking of the phr adj. but prolly not the t/a. I heard that is more for just drag racing and i dont go to the track too much

you really don't need an adjustable TA. If you ever lower your car then you would want to get an adjustable pan hard bar, as it will recenter your rear.

an adjustable t/a would let you fine tune your rear ends geometry to find more traction
