when do you need adjustable suspension?

when do you need adjustable suspension? I am wanting to get a phr and torque arm but am not sure whether to get them adj. or not. I am thinking of the phr adj. but prolly not the t/a. I heard that is more for just drag racing and i dont go to the track too much

is it mainly a track thing? i dont go too often and I just want to transfer the power better and not squat so much, also I dont plan on lowering my car
