Default Back-Left tire squeeking..HELP

Hey guys,
My girlfiend(Summer) on the board, is having alittle problem with her Camaro but I like to get it fixed for her..Her back left tire makes a little chirping noise soon as the tire starts to role. Now her dad went in and changed/Adjusted something in there about 3 months and now he wont do it again cause he says to live with it..BUT I cant..Anyone have any idea what he may have done in there..It has to do with the E-brake most likely.. Her e-brake doesnt work at all, and she has never used it?

Thanks
Landon

Sounds like he might have change the brakes, but all you need is to get anti squeal for the brakes. It is like 3 dollars at Advanced or Auto Zone. Just put it on your brake pads and you will be golden, no more noise.

It could possibly be U-Joint or Wheel Bearing also----if it is constant "Chirping" it won't be a brake pad--that would be a loudish grinding....
