Sportline's with 18x10.5/ or 9.5 Z06's ?
Hello everyone, I just purchased my first American Car/ First Rear wheel drive car at that. It is a red 99' Z28. My friend has Sportline's on his car with Monroe Sensa Trac Struts. He said that he loves that setup,...but he is also planning on staying with 17" rims (factory at the moment)
My question is...is there anyone out there running a (2"Drop with 18x10.5/9.5" in the rear)? Will I have any problems with the outter Fender? Will I have to roll the Fender to get either of the 2 sizes to fit? I assume that I will need to use the notorious BFH mod at the least but wanted to know if there was anything else I was going to have to do before purchasing the rims from TomZWheels.
Thanks all

i'm running sportlines w/ 315's out back (17x11) TTII's.... i did roll the outer fenders just for insurance and the BFH mod was already done from the previous owner. i have a lot of room to spare. will consider putting 325's or 335's on next. some people have to do mods to make them fit.... adj. PHB or cutting part of the bump stop, etc. as well.... it all depends on the car (every car is different i think.) with your 18's you should be fine as you should definitely do some clearancing mods before you get on it just for security sake
