Was the alignment out? Did you use another rack? I hope so because the one you were originally on said it was all good, and clearly it wasn't. I doubt it's been calibrated since then.
thanks SAM... i swapped the tires to the back did a fat nasty burn out.. swapped them back and the vib is almost gone....

and wear the outside leading edge preferentially. I have
a nice alignment and can still see a bit of this. Just how
bad of a problem is it, or is it in fact a problem (other
than cosmetic) at all?

If every tread-block is like that look to toe or cornering
abuse If the tread-blocks are some high, some low,
that's "cupping" and more of an indicator of bad shocks.

Some tires like my current GS-D3s have more robust edge
blocks and can stand more; tires with smaller blocks, let
the blocks "roll over" more. Look at what happens when
drag a pencil eraser across sandpaper, with more or less
"roll force" on the rubber; you get even wear with light
pressure but edge-biased wear on the leading edge with
more force & roll-under on the rubber.
thanks jimmy, So what u r saying is my kumos blow dog...LOL
They where cheap, and they do real good burn outs>>>>
I know u get what u pay for ... thanks for the INFO u may be right...
