Torque specs for Spohn Panhard Bar

Whats the torque specs for the Spohn panhard bar? I need it asap. thanks in advance.

The torque value for the panhard nuts is 60 ft-lb dry or 48 ft-lb lubed...

we found a site that said 78 ft-lb so thats waht he did it at
