Default C5 brake conversion work with fbody SBBL?

This is going to be the year of the mods for me so I've been looking at possible brake upgrades for cheap. I'm already running Hawk pads and think they are ok, but am still looking for more.

I have a set of Goodridge SBBLs made for my car with TCS that I was going to install but one of the upgrades I was thinking about was the c5 conversion set up. Both calipers are PBR's so I wanted to make sure that the brake lines would work, or would I have to run the OEM rubber lines that come with the kit, which would make the upgrade to SSBL worthless (everything I have read is that if oyu aren't running all SBBL then there is no point in running any at all).

Also, is the Zo6 caliper better then the regular c5?
