So... I can just call sam anytime?? I know that people keep sayin just call sam up and he will talk to you, but it seems as though he would be so busy with other customers... I dont want to be a bother or anything.

Also, if you get him on the first try or if he calls you back. His purpose is to talk to you and see what he can help with. He doesn't try to rush you off the phone, or try to sell you anything. You would be worse off not calling in my opinion. His and Ryan from UMI's customer service is far beyond anything i've dealt with before. Great group of sponsers we have in them.

Glad to hear that..... must run in the family. 
The woman is my Mom--Arlyn. Sam Sr. is my Dad. And no, in case you are wondering I'm not some newbie 18 year old. I'm 32. 
I do work 11-7 most days (unless I'm gone racing). I'm not a morning person, but being here past 2 PM west coast time is another good reason to work the hours I do.
I always have a stack of messages about 10 deep or more. I will do my level best to get back to you as soon as I can.
