Default Torque arm question...

I have a BMR crossmember I installed when I put a TH350 in my 95 TA. It has 6 different positions to mount the torque arm bushing bracket to it that allow you to raise/lower the torque position in relation to the driveshaft. What is the optimal position for maximium traction? I know the factory mount put the front of the arm about even with the front driveshaft yoke height. Is it better to lower, raise or leave the same as stock the position of the arm in relation to the driveshaft? Any info from the suspension guru's would be excellent!!
