Default adjustable coil overs maybe??

ok so ive had my sportline kit for about a month now and although i do not have aftermarket shocks, i just cant stand the bouncy not firm ride. also when i read people posting about these they all say the springs arn't for handling and are just for show. i want my 4th gen to handle like my 3rd gen so maybe ill go for adjustable coil overs. now what would be a good spring rate for street/track? and by track i mean like autocross. i want a nice tight firm ride and i want to be as low as i am now with my sportlines so what height of a spring also? finally, where can i order them? i was thinking about QA1 adj coil over shocks, so it would need to be compatable.

If you do a search, you will find out that there is tons of info on this topic already, including preferred shocks and most common spring rates. Good luck.

like the guy above me said, search.

A QA1 is a drag shock btw, and your bouncy ride is from the POS factory shocks on the car.
