Default What do I need to hook my Spohn T/A to my 12 bolt?

I noticed when I ordered my tunnel mounted T/A from Spohn that the mounting hardware will not work with a 12 bolt. I will be putting my Moser in with my torque arm and I need to find out what else I need to bolt it up. Any input would be appreciated.

you need to go get some bolts that are a little longer that acount for the mounting plate thickness. also lock washers and loc tite. your moser should already have 4 bolts. 2 bottoms and 2 tops. just need to be a little longer. thats all you need to know. oh yeah you have to use a big f'n hammer to get the plate around the mounting point on the moser. there powder coating is very thick. good luk

Would it be easier to mount the T/A to to the rear before I put it in? Or should I get the 12 bolt in first?

thats a good question. i dont see a reason why you couldnt mount it out of the car. lot more swinging space. oh yeah i forgot to say. were the top mount will be it will hit the car there. look were you current ta is and the top closes to the front of the car. this area will need some beating or the ta will do it for you and sound loud. you will notice know what im talkin about if you dont understand this when you get it in there.

Nice, thanks for the tips. Will I be able to adjust the torque arm with the front wheels on the ground and jack stands under the rear end or do I need to put my car in an alignment pit?

i have a prokit on mine and i can reach under there and adjust it on level ground. i would not jack up one side to adjust. if you need clearance than do what you suggested or put all 4's on ramps. the key is you want to be at ride height with the rear end when you adjust.
