What kit?? Ok all, I barely know anything about this area. I will be getting some 17's this week. I wanted to lower my car anywhere from 1-1.5 inches. What kit would you recommend? Also, how much is it going to cost?
Yes there is a big difference in quality and such. You're going to pay between 150-250 for new springs. If you install them yourself, all you need to pay for is to rent a spring compressor. If you have a shop install them, they'll charge between $120-300, depending on who is installing them.
Also get some good shocks. About $500 for revalved bilsteins from Sam Strano and about $700-800 for Koni SA shocks.
