Air ride

Anybody catch the Horsepower Show where they put air shocks on the Camaro? They ran it thru cones but not on the strip. Anybody running these?
I want a better ride but I don't want to lower the bitch and I'm curious how these work out.

i saw that, got me interested, but i want to know how it will affect the car in the 1/4 mile. i heard it might suck but with all the adjustability it should be good.

it was the full kit...bags on all 4 corners, compressor, tank, etc.

The air ride setup is only a couple hundred more than doing DA Konis and good lowering springs. I think I may be saving up for air ride since you can have show stance, autocross/road race setting plus drag race setting and a drive setting. They have a programmable controller that has 4 buttons that allows you to choose what you want at the touch of a button.

From what I roughly priced out under 3K for everything. Koni DA's and springs run about $2600

has anybody seen these in a drag race application for a higher hp (500+ rwhp) car? especially a manual since they launch harder...at least i do hahaha

on ride tech it says back is weld in, but on the show i thought they said it was a strait bolt in kit no cutting or welding, and you only needed to drill one hole slightly larger
