abs inop light recently my abs inop light turned on i have replaced all brake pads and have purded the line many times but the light is still there. when i replaced the brake pads the rotors were cut but one had some heat spots on it and the guy told me he had done a few extra cuts but that the spots would still not go away could this be causing it
