Default Lowered Cars with 315's

How many people are running lowered cars with 315's out back. I have TT2's with 315's out back and I am about to put a set of goldline springs on and was wandering if I will have any issues. I know I need to get a adjustable panhard bar but not even sure if it will work anyways.Pleas help guys. And Pics would be great.

wow your dms sits WAAAAY higher than mine in the rear.

Here is my setup.. this is what I did..

I have a 2001 camaro ss. 295x35x18 out back on BFG KDWII which runs bigger to almost 305 on a different tire.

I had to fender roll my lips.. not hard and I like it more.. also, I had ALOT of rubbing on the inside fender so I had to bash that in as well. My bumpstops were a major issue for me too so in my drunken state.. I grinded them off.. I mean, the ENTIRE bracket and everything. UUUUGH. Beer and Cutting tools = BAD COMBINATION. lol

Now all is fine.

Do you have a pic of a rolled qtr panel? And how hard is it.

It's not hard, all you need is some 3m tape -to protect the paint, a hammer and dolly and a little time.
Just make sure to work it evenly so the paint won't crack.
Practice on an old car till you get the hang of it or you can rent a fender roller.

17x11 ZR1's with 55mm offset, Hotchkis springs. At stock ride height, I didn't have to do anything. When I put the Hotchkis springs back on, I had to:

1) Hammer the inner fender wells
2) Re-centered the rearend with an adjustable panhard bar
3) Roll the fender lips*
4) Trimmed the out edges of the bump stop mounts, but DID NOT remove or grind the bump stops themselves

*I rented a fender roller and heat gun because I didn't feel comfortable doing the tape, hammer, dolly method.

Thanks.

I just did mine. 17x11 ZR1s with the 50 mm offset - lowered with Hotchkis springs. The springs say 1" drop but I got ~ 1.5" drop - maybe a little more. I did not need the adj phb or rolled fenders (yet). I needed the BFH mod on the inner fender wells and to trim the bump stops. I am keeping an eye on everything to see if needs a little more work.

Word of caution: the wheels I bought did not quite fit over the hub on my car. I had to grind the hub back to get the wheels to sit flat against the rotor. Make sure that the wheel is sitting flat aginast the rotor when mounted or you can have some major issues.

I don't think that's his personal car. I think I remember seeing it in a magazine a few years back.

They're Fikse Mag's.
