Default Best street/strip rear swaybar?

I was thinking of going to a larger rear sway bar to help at the track. What is a good one that will work on the street also? Thanks in advance.

I think a Suspention techniques 1.25 would be a killer street/strip combo.Thunder Racing can get you one of these.

Lookout on how big you go on the rear sway or else you will probably end up with a tail happy Fbody.
What is your total mods toyour suspension sofar?

I agree on the Susp. Techniques 1.25" rear bar. I had one on my '98 T/A, and it was GREAT! When I upgrade on my SS, it will be with the same one. It cornered MUCH better, but it wasn't so bad that it was trying to lift a rear wheel or anything like that (like the Wolfe drag sway bar). I believe it's around $139.99 through Thunder.

Then I think I'll take one of those shortly. My suspension mods so far are SFCs, LCAs, poly TA and tranny bushings. Thanks everyone.

I am using the Suspension Techniques rear sway bar as well, purchased through Thunder Racing. It really helped the car launch much straighter.

What about either a 1LE or F41 GM factory sway bar? Are they any good? Are they both 21mm?

How man mm's is the Suspension Techniques 1.25?

Would it be a noticable and worth while difference switching from my 1" Hotchkis bar to this 1.25" Suspension Techniques swaybar?

thanks,
Steve

What is the Susp Tech part number for the 1.25" REAR sway bar? We are talking REAR here, correct? Damn, I had no idea they made one that big!

The Susp Tech. catalog lists the front bar as being 1 3/8" and the rear bar as 1" for 93-02 F-Body sway bars.

Are any of these swaybars loud like the Wolfe?? I rode in a car w/ the Wolfe bar and all I can say is......FUGG THAT SHEEIT. I want something that is gonna make the car handle a lot better, but still drive like stock. Possible?
