My Dads new 2002 Z came with Traction control,
and he hates it. And I wanna put my 2000
rear with non Asr in his car. Because im
getting a 12 bolt. Can this be done?

That's why there's a switch to turn it off. If he doesn't like the hassle, get a reversal module from someone like SLP. Easier than a rear end swap.

It probaby can be done but you'll have to figure out (reprogram and wiring harness) how to set up a 3 channel abs brake with a 4 channel harness. You have a reluctor wheel on the ring gear (1 elec plug) and he has a reluctor wheel at each wheel (2 elec plugs on the back)...probably a pain to reharness and reprogram.

The reason I want to put my rear in his car is.
I have an Auburn pro posi with 3:73's in mine.And since Im getting the 12 bolt he could use it.

Final post since you want it locked. If you try to install your rear "as is" in his car to delete the traction control feature it will be a pain as in my first post. If he want to keep 4 channel traction control it will be easy since you can put his axles in your rear.
