Default can panhard rod and lca's lower 1/4 mile times?

How much will they help a sixty foot time of 2.1 on street tires?

Well, the answer is up in the air. Yes and No.

The panhard really just keeps the rear axle centered in the car, correct me if I am incorrect, but I do beleive, it doesn't have anything to do with traction.

LCA's can help and can hurt your traction. If the LCA's are not setup correctly, stiffer bars are only going to hurt you. But if the axle end is pointing slightly down, they should help you.

The pan hard rod will also help stop wheel hop. The LCA will also help stop wheel hop. The stamped steel stokes one flex under load. The angel of the axel should be adjusted by an adjustable torque arm. As far as help lower your 60 the answer would be yes. By how much will very by car. I have after market LCA, Torque arm, Pan hard rod and I feel my car bits better with them.
