Default nose diving

I have noticed here latley that while braking the car nose dives real hard. Is this a sign of a bad torque arm/bushing or could it be something else? By the way the suspesion is still stcok.

Default Re: nose diving

Soft springs in the front. But since the rates don't really change with time much, then maybe worn out front shocks. Nothing to do with the rear suspension. My torque arm mount is in two pieces and 0 nose dive. Even braking hard at 90.
