Default spohn torque arm/bend floorpan?

I am thinking of getting an aftermarket torque arm.

will they really make a difference in traction?

I don't want one that mounts to the trans (afraid of breaking the tail off)

I am thinking about getting the spohn. I just bolts to the floorpan? will it bend the floorpan? any problems with the spohn(new style)?

I don't want to have one welded on.

Default Re: spohn torque arm/bend floorpan?

I have the old style Spohn arm and it works fine.
It won't bend the floorpan. It's a solid unit.
