Default Opinion: Used 1LE springs or new Z28 springs?

I've had a set of 1LE rear springs for a couple of years now... I put about 50,000 miles on them when they were on my '95 Z28, and then when I bought my SS, I immediately took off the stock SS rear springs (same as the Z28 springs) and slapped on the 1LE's in the rear.

Now, 10,000 miles later, I still have those brand-new SS/Z28 springs sitting in my garage, and I'm wondering if my car would handle better with those NEW SS/Z28 springs (rated at 115 #/in.) or with the USED 1LE springs (rated at 130-170 #/in.) that have about 60,000 miles on them.

I am NOT in the market for new springs. Just wanted to know which springs all of you would use if you were in my position? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

It depends on what you are going to do. For autox, the stock Z28 springs are better IMO because they make it easier to put power down exiting a turn. For road course or hard street driving, I would prefer the 1LE springs. Having some miles on the won't hurt them, but may actually make them better. I would not suggest running the stock Z28 springs up front and the 1LE springs in the rear though. These cars like stiffer front suspension and a softer rear suspension in my experience.
