HELP! Swaybar mounting w/Ford 9-inch?
I just had a Ford/Moser 9-inch rearend installed in my Camaro, and I need to figure out a way to mount the swaybar to it. The stock mounts obviously don't fit, and I'm not sure what else to use. The axle tube diameters are HUGE, and I'm afraid that using just ordinary U-clamps to try to hold the MUCH SMALLER swaybar mounts to the axle tubes will not locate the swaybar solidly enough, particularly in hard driving.
Has anybody else out there found a way to mount a swaybar to a Ford 9-inch rearend? Is there a standard bracket out there somewhere? Any help would be appreciated.

I bought the ripoff Spohn stuff.
You can just buy some muffler clamps and then make some shims. I think the clamps will need to be 3" or 3.5". My stuff from spohn was like $60 and it was not even painted.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm not much into fabrication re: the shims, so I think I'll just get the Spohn stuff & paint it myself. Gracias!
