Knocking after new shocks installed

Knocking after new shocks installed I installed new shocks yesterday, now I am having issues with a knocking sound... I was having issues with them squeaking so I tightened the top bolts as tight as I could and it stoped sqeaking... now it is just knocking... so if anyone has some suggestions or could give me a call at 303-929-0142 and help me out I would be most appreciative. I'll be out most of today. So It'll be awhile before I can get back to the forums. Thanks for help guys.
