remove panhard support brace?

remove panhard support brace? I need to get rid of the panhard support brace. It’s the bar/brace....thing....that connects the panhard mount on the passenger side (panhard goes from rear-end to this mount) to the body on the drivers side. It is blocking putting a true duel exhaust on and my girdle studs are REALLY close to it.
How do I go about reinforcing the panhard mount? I want to get rid of the brace but I don't want to weaken the car. I still want it to be safe to push through hard turns.
If anyone has a better solution on how to replace this brace, PLEASE let me know.

I was thinking thre same thing i was under my car yesterday looking at putting a true dual also.I have read of alot of guys taking it off to run true duals with no prob but i am going to weld a piece of metal to box in the panhard bar mount it should really make it alot stronger.

I would think it will negatively affect cornering.
