Default Question about ABS

Hey guys, I have a question about ABS. I installed a new Cam and Headers yesterday and then had the car dynoed. Ever since then the ABS INOP light is on and the guy who did the dyno said that this light is because of the car being dynoed. Is this correct? If so, will it go away in time or do I have the reset the PCM? Everything is working just fine, braking wise, but I hate to see lights on the dash. TIA for any ideas.

Hey guys...how do I clear the code for the "ABS INOP" light? I assumed that it would be the same as for the PCM/ECM and pulled the associated fuses and all...the light still exits! Could someone enlighten me on how to reset this code? TIA!

I had a abs light after dynoing. It went out about 5 min after leaving dyno. Some people have had the conn in the rear come disconnected during dynoing. Check your connectors in the rear and see if one of them is disconnected.

OK...I finally figured this one out. I was doing some dyno tuning last night and I was snooping around the ABS setup in the engine bay and I notice...or actually a friend noticed that it looked like the ABS sensor was disconnected. We got under the car after the tuning and sure enough...that was it! All is right with the world now!!! Thanks for your input! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

I think when they strap it to the dyno sometimes they disconnect the abs. Not sure how they do it, but have heard of this before. Glad to see you got it fixed.
