It's a fact: Rapid deceleration may cause one to poop their pants!

That is a sweet set-up, in my opinion lose the V8 emblem, don't take it as a flame, just my .02$.

Thanks for the advice, but it's not my car.. Those are Porsche GT2/GT3 brakes that are specially made to fit any car by MOVIT.

Brembo MAKEs the porsche brakes. To each his own, and I vote brembo.....The leader in Braking technology.

I forgot, tell me what calipers the Ferrari F1 team uses?

Actually, Brembo used to make Porsche brakes. Now they are totally made by Porsche alone.

The stock brakes have more than enough power to lock up the tires, so it's better tires that you need. Better brakes will only help you if you do road course stuff and are starting to overheat your brakes, therefore losing the ability to activate ABS.
It's actually comical, the # of people who think if you bolt on bigger rotors and calipers that you're going to stop sooner without any other upgrades. Throw a set of Hoosiers on there and it'll leave seat belt marks on your chest in an otherwise stock car ..... for a couple of stops anyway until the brakes get hot.

Well said, RACEHEAD....

The stock brakes are fine for road racing days, IF you are running street tires.

Move up to race tires and try to brake at the capabilities of the tires & you'll lose the brakes pronto like!

Wait a minute SSG--Z28. I do not think the brakes you have on the rear fit all rear end. What rear end do you have? I am voteing for the Willwood 6piston Drilled and sloted. My air dam nits the ground hard under heavy braking, with stock tires on street. And i want wilwood on the back but a DTS 12 bolt will not work. The only thing I can do is Bear rear rotors.

No I am stupid. What is photoshop? I have seen that car in person, so don't try to tell me it's photoshop. All I'm saying is that for the money, the Movit system is the best out there, period. The Brembo kit is great, but it is also over $1K more and is not justifiably that much better. These cars live at the Nurburgring here in Germany, and they know what a quality set of brakes is.

These are all custom setups that are fabricated for each application. Check out this Bentley setup they made.

Yes you are correct the Movit brake kit is the very best brake kit out there for the fbody, this same caliper/rotor setup with slightly differant surrounding pieces is also available as the Prospeed kit at $600 less than the Movit kit and it's what is going on my car.

My point about Photoshop was that it allows you to reduce the size of the photos that you post so that they will fit on the page above ... and nothing more. It was kind of a light-hearted poke in the ribs for posting such huge photo's
