Default SFC Help

I am intrested in getting sfc's in the near future. Can someone explain to me what the pros and cons of weld in and bolt in are? I have access to a welder and can probably weld in the connectors myself. But are the weld ins that much stronger? Are they really worth the extra labor and work to get them in there? I have a street/strip car and eventually want to put down alot more power than I am but that is not for a couple of years. I have a HARDTOP car so I figured it would be a little more stronger and rigid than a t-top car. Please help me from making a 400 plus doller mistake
