Default Will a 18 inch ZO6 wheel rub on a lowered car?

98 Z28 lowered with a prokit most likly, or something close to that drop. tire sizes will be 275/40/17 up front and 285/35/18 in the rear.

What are some good tires to get? Anyone make a drag radial or something sticky? thinking about gettin the Goodyear Supercars

You won't be able to find a DR in an 18 in. size, but there are a few options for sticky tires. You could go Yoko AVS Sports, Michellin Pilot Sport, Nitto NT555, BFG G-Force to name a few.
Tire Rack would be a good place to look for sizes/prices.
As far as rubbing, you had better get the "Big F@#$*% Hammer" ready to do some free mods to your inner fender well. You will also want to roll your fender lip. I would recommend a wooden baseball bat rolled up onto the tire, or you can beat it with a hammer.

Get some jouce spacers. I think Nitto makes a 18" DR tire.

I've been looking at the Eagle F1 Supercar (Z06 tires), even though I hate my F1s, these are supposedly FAR superior, and they make a 315 in the 18" <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I'm running with 18/40/275 on my lowered Z.The fronts only rub a little bit when I make sharp turns.

That's over 12% taller than stock.
