Default Clearance on Spohn Torque Arm

I'm about to get a Spohn Torque arm from someone and he says it is the Race version with the spherical rod end. I currently have Hooker Longtubes on my car with the offroad y-pipe. Will I have any clearance issues with this torque arm or does anyone have this setup? I am being told that the version that they have is similar to the Grotyohann version being that it is the older design not the newest one. Any and all help will be appreciated.
