Default Superior Track/Street Suspension, Please help!

I am currently building my car, and before I run out and throw sh*t in it, I want to do it right the first time. I use my Z for daily trans and hit the track nearly every weekend, and yeah, I do run it down the 1320 several times each night. I want to cut some serious 60' but be able to enjoy a tight street ride, road noise isnt the top factor, more compatibility and cost. Of course, cost may be adjusted due to justification. Looking at: Torque arm, not mounting to the tailshaft of trans; coilovers/adjustable struts&shocks-how easy are they to adjust and rebuild. All helpful comments welcome, TIA.

Charlie.
