I checked my H&R stage 2 spring kit using a formula to calculate spring rate (I don't have a spring load test stand...."load cell") and found the fronts are 647 in lbs and the rears are 257 in lbs (inch pounds) based on the "active coils" in the spring and not including the "tender springs" that H&R uses to keep them in the spring perches if the suspension becomes unloaded. They only lowered the car about 1.25 inches and I am still waiting to get to an autocross to try them out on race tires (they cancelled our last race). Good luck.
