Stuck installing pads

Ok I'm set with one side but on my pass side I can't get the 2 bolts holding the caliper.
The are spinning in thier bores. I looked around with no luck. What should I do?
I'm still on the clock at work and they probbly wonder where I am so help ASAP would be great thanks!

16mm box wrench on the little black part, just on the other side of the "ear" of the caliper. There is a flat spot on both sides of those (which are the slider pins, by the way) that can be held with the box wrench while you remove the bolt.
