Default Question for those with POWERSLOTS

DO they Rust?

mine haven't. I'd guess any rotor would rust if it sat long enough though.

The hub itself does not rust but the area where the pads contact the rotor do when they are wet. Of course once you apply the brakes the rusty coating comes off.

Inside the vents on mine have rust on them.

Mine have a little bit of rust on the inside of the slots. It is not noticeable AT ALL though, just makes it where you can see thes lots. This is the way it is on both of the vehicles here with powerslots. One set has been on a camaro for 1.5 years, 18,000 miles. The other set on my formula for 6000 miles, and about 7 months.

The "slots" are painted black and rust cannot develope there. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
