Differences between K-Members?
Hey I need to buy a new k-member for my 02 ws6 convertible, and the part number is different between the convertible and the one I found for a coupe. Whats the difference? Would the coupe one work?

It would help if you told us what vendor you are talking about? There should be no difference between the convt. and the coupe's K-Member, subframe connectors is a different story.

I need to swap it because its bent, I bought the car as a total loss.
Have you got any pics of your tubular one? I'd rather replace it with an aftermarket peice than a stock one.

Re: Differences between K-Members?
there is a little difference... I just changed the oil on my sister's '02 TA 'vert and noticed the 2? little support bars that mount on the front of the k-member and extend outward to the a-arms for stiffness I presume? That was the only "noticeable" difference I saw... If I were replacing a k-member I would just swap to a tubular one. I have the BMR unit on my SS...
