They are an authorized (and good) Koni rebuilding center. I have Koni DA's on my Z and have had no problems in 2000 or so miles of street driving (maybe more than that). I don'[t know why your air dam sould scrape unless you are losing compression damping and the front is "dipping" more at the bottom of driveways, etc and allowing some contact. I'd make arrangements to send a set off to truechoice and let them look at them (or directly to Koni). Also, I believe that Ground control in Rancho Cordova, CA is a Koni Rebuild center (and have a great reputation as well, I've dealt with both companies) at www.ground-control.com I'm sure that either truchoice or ground crntrol can get to the bottom of this for you. You haven't lowered the car enough that you are bottoming the shocks and doing damage that way, have you? Just a thought. Let us know what you find out.
