What causes rear tire rub?
When I am out playing around on the back roads and I hit a sharp rise or dip, or a HARD turn one or both my rear tires will rub the inside front of the wheel well right on the weld line. What causes this and how do I fix it? Its driving me crazy!! the suspension is totally stock.

Re: What causes rear tire rub?
The stock PHR has very soft bushing, so under hard corning, the bushing deflect, and allow the fender to come into contact with the tire. My friend's 97 Z did this as well. (I've never had that happen on my SS, but I replaced the PHR with one that I fabricated with rod ends, within the 1st couple of months I had the car). Once my friend replaced his stock PHR with one that i made for him, his tires stopped rubbing.
I'd recommend buying an adjustable PHR with good quality rod ends, and you won't have this problem anymore.
