These things are sweet! Full throttle and zero spin.No more half throttle jabs anymore!
Truthfully I had one problem which turned out to be a non issue. The tape weights got ground off by the calipers (guess there are no wheels that really fit these cars).I had that oh **** feeling and my heart sunk by the time I pulled out of my driveway by hearing all that grinding a few blocks later all fixed. Im getting no vibration at all even at highway speed so I guess I'll be ok.One thing I notice is after sitting overnight I think the slicks developed flatspots after driving for a few miles the vibration went away.
I was driving around with 27 psi and these things felt solid as a rock,I was expecting the feeling you get by driving on a very low pressure tire.Maybe when I lower the pressure it will feel that way.
The fit is very good, the tire is just even with the fender and the 4x4 look seems to be less.
I wish I had a digital camera to show you how awesome these things look on a Pewter SS,I even like the lettering it gives it a bit of flair I think. Now I need to get the front skinnies.

Awesome Setup!
Thats exactly what I had on my SS. I did have the same symptoms (the little rubbing issue) However after a while the noise went away.
This Combo netted me a 1.63 sixty foot with my ST-3500 Converter and a poor prepped track. Make sure you have a hard hitting converter (if you have an auto) and launch with those tires. you will love it

I have this combo now too, it's terrific. The weights clearance themselves in short order Lead is very soft. I should have screwed the tires to the wheels though, in 5 passes I had turned the wheels in the tires about a half inch on both sides.

Thank's guys.Id like to take it to the track and see what it will do with the stock converter before I install the Vig 3200.Dave you have a good point about rotating the tire on the rim, maybe I should mark them to see if they move.
