Default need a torque arm

whats a good torque arm for a low 11 second car. potential for 10 second runs? whats the added benefit of an adjustable one? the thought scares me. i will be getting a 12 bolt, probably a strange so compatibity is a good thing <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> cost is a factor to <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Adjustable ones can adjust your pinion angle so it's off when driving on the street and makes alot of noise. But at the track when launching hard it's exactly zero. It's an adjust and check thing to get it exactly right.
