bring it over soon so we can look at the car. I have had almost every problem you have.

Is the clunk a single one or multiple ones? It is the y-pipe or the TA. I used a hanger to fix the y-pipe, and my Spohn TA was just worn out and when I would hit the gas I would get a clunk, got under it and I could move the TA up and down a very small bit. I tightened them back down and have no problems.

With the short shift stick sometimes it is hard to shift because the rubber boot is getting in the way. you can cut the top of the boot a bit for easier movement, but I would reccomend putting the stocker back on.
